Introducing Joslyn Jan aka "JJ" - Founder & President

Joslyn, also known as JJ, is the founder of Elite Equine Conditioning. EEC is a specialized wellness center for horse and rider.  JJ has been in the equine industry for over 35 years. Her experience doesn’t stop at just the basic knowledge of general horse care, but extends to experience in English riding and jumping, multiple disciplines of western riding: western pleasure, ranch riding, roping and even stallion care.

JJ holds multiple world titles in: western pleasure, hunter under saddle, ranch horses and halter. She furthers her education beyond the show industry and has been a therapeutic riding instructor for over 20 years.

JJ’s knowledge of horses helped her reach and achieve goals in many aspects of the equine industry including as the Co Creator of Elite Custom Saddles.  However JJ's true gift is her ability and desire to help others achieve their goals in and out of the show ring. JJ not only owns, operates and runs EEC here in central Arkansas, her family also owns Equine Aqua Spa Center in the heart of North Texas horse country.

​JJ has spent the last 35 years learning as much as she could about horses. Her obsession and passion for horses has pushed her to pursue multiple avenues in the horse industry. This is just the beginning!

Introducing Brittney Shull - Office and Operations Manager. 

Brittney Shull offers a decade of experience in teaching and coaching riders, plus over 8 years of experience training horses at varying stages in their career. Her versatility also shows in her advanced experience in equine rehab along with individualized care lessons for those that need a different approach from traditional event coaching.

Brittney prides herself in the focus of her teaching being combining functionality, fundamentals, and kinetic movement of the horse and rider together. She is most advanced with western riding but is also exceptional with basic english riding and techniques.

Brittney is certified with equipment used at Elite Equine Conditioning  - PEMF (Pulse Electro Magnetic Therapy) machines and offers 5 years of working experienc.  She is also an expert in running and reading a body analysis program we use daily, Solex AO Scans.

​Britt’s greatest achievement would be one of her personal horses, Colonel’s Rawhide Katy, or Katy. Katy is her first horse to train from halter breaking to finishing, who has gone on to be a great all around horse who can go from competing to a lesson horse and even being used as a hippotherapy asset.
